The Opportunity
We&aposre seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead our External Programmes division, focusing on Management Development Programmes (MDPs) and Organization Based Programmes. This is your chance to be at the forefront of corporate learning partnerships with one of India&aposs premier management institutes.
What You&aposll Do
Strategic Partnership Development :
- Drive sales and marketing of our flagship Management Development Programmes (MDPs) and customized Organization Based Programmes
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with HR, Training & Learning Development departments across corporations
- Position XIME as the preferred learning partner for internal corporate programmes
- Develop comprehensive partnership frameworks that ensure long-term collaboration
Market Expansion :
Primarily target companies in Bangalore with strategic expansion to adjacent regions and pan-India opportunitiesCreate compelling value propositions that resonate with diverse organizational learning needsEstablish XIME&aposs presence in corporate learning ecosystems across multiple industriesProgramme Innovation & Development :
Collaborate closely with XIME faculty to develop cutting-edge programmes that address real corporate challengesDesign customized learning solutions that deliver measurable value and ROI for corporate partnersStay ahead of industry trends to ensure programme relevance and competitive advantageTranslate complex organizational needs into innovative learning frameworksWhat We&aposre Looking For
Essential Qualifications :
Mandatory : 5-10 years of Prior experience in Management Development Programmes, Executive Education, or corporate learning domainsProven track record in relationship building with HR and Learning & Development functionsResults-oriented professional with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance targetsExperience in consultative selling and solution-oriented approachExcellent communication and presentation skillsProgramme Development Capability : Ability to collaborate with faculty to design cutting-edge programmes that create tangible value for corporate partnersPerformance Excellence :
Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and KPIs in similar rolesData-driven approach to business development with measurable outcomesUnderstanding of corporate learning ecosystems, industry trends, and ROI metricsNetwork within Bangalore&aposs corporate landscape and broader regional marketsExperience in translating organizational learning needs into customized programme solutionsWhy XIME-Bangalore
