Main Purpose :
- To support the development and growth of profitable new business
- Develop and maintain effective key client relationships.
- Coordinating with the Business Development Team
- To ensure proposals are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.
Responsibilities
New business development for Project Management Vertical.Identification and segregation of potential market segmentsRevenue generation through new account development and key account managementHandling meeting with clientsDevelop relevant business proposals and present to for potential clientsPreparation and submission of commercial proposalsAttention to detail and timely submissionsReview and respond to RFPRegular feedback on potential clients to Management Stakeholders.Accountabilities
Contribute to the development and refinement of Company s vision and strategy
Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitabilitySupport team to ensure proposals are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.Support to develop, review and report on the business development activities, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executedCoordinate and work along with PMC teamQualifications
Graduate or MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred .Worked with established firms of similar natureTechnical knowledge of PMC / Turnkey processMinimum 5 years experience in Business DevelopmentSkills Required
