About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Partnerships & Growth to accelerate Paywize's expansion through strategic alliances, new partnerships, and business opportunities . This role requires someone who thrives in the fintech ecosystem, can build high-value CXO relationships , and has the drive to unlock long-term growth for Paywize.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and onboard banking, fintech, and enterprise partnerships to strengthen Paywize's ecosystem.
- Explore and develop new business verticals including Connected Banking, Bill Payments, and SwitchQ.
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy, GTM execution, and revenue plans .
- Represent Paywize in industry forums, fintech events, and client meetings to showcase our capabilities.
- Work closely with sales & marketing to support lead generation and new client acquisitions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to drive proactive growth initiatives.
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in business development / partnerships (fintech, BFSI, or SaaS preferred).Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem (UPI, Payouts, Collections, VAMs, APIs).Proven ability to build and manage CXO-level relationships and strategic alliances .Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills .Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.Why Join Paywize
