We are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Certified Tax Agent to support tax preparation, compliance review, and documentation validation in a remote engagement.

This role is ideal for detail-oriented tax professionals with strong regulatory knowledge and experience reviewing and filing tax documentation accurately and efficiently.

Role Overview

You will review, prepare, and validate tax forms to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tax filings independently in a structured remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tax forms for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
• Prepare and submit various tax filings in accordance with applicable laws
• Validate financial data supporting tax documentation
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues where necessary
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant tax codes and regulatory changes
• Provide guidance and quality review support to junior team members (as applicable)
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders regarding tax matters

Required Qualifications

• Certified Tax Agent (or equivalent recognized tax certification in your jurisdiction)
• Proven experience in tax preparation and filing
• Strong background in reviewing tax documentation and financial records
• Solid understanding of applicable tax regulations and compliance standards
• High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Mid- to senior-level experience handling complex tax filings
• Experience providing oversight or quality assurance on tax work
• Proficiency with digital tax preparation software
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools

Location

Remote. Candidates with experience working under U.S., European, Canadian, or Indian tax frameworks are preferred.
