About the Role :

We are seeking dynamic Business Development Managers with logistics

industry experience (B2B, B2C, freight forwarding, warehousing, last-mile

delivery, 3PL / 4PL). You will drive revenue growth, acquire key clients, and

expand into new markets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and close new business opportunities in logistics verticals.
  • Manage client relationships, escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research, analyse trends and propose value-added

solutions.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations and lead tendering / contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance and marketing for seamless execution.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and submit business reports.
  • Requirements

    Requirements :

  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics sales / business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
