About the Role :

KSP INC., a leading global exporter of metal-based home improvement products, is expanding into the domestic Indian market.

We are looking to hire a Sales Manager with relevant experience and industry connects to help us become an OEM supplier to large Indian companies .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to position KSP INC. as an OEM partner to large Indian companies
  • Drive revenue growth through structured lead generation, pitching, and deal closure
  • Manage key client accounts and build long-term relationships with decision-makers
  • Lead a small sales team and coordinate closely with internal departments on pricing, specifications, and deliveries
  • Represent the company in domestic trade shows and buyer meetings

Requirements :

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B / OEM sales of sheet metal, pipe bending, or fabricated metal products
  • Proven track record of handling large clients or institutional buyers
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand technical drawings, pricing structures, and fabrication processes
  • Willingness to travel PAN-India for client acquisition and relationship management
