About the Role :
KSP INC., a leading global exporter of metal-based home improvement products, is expanding into the domestic Indian market.
We are looking to hire a Sales Manager with relevant experience and industry connects to help us become an OEM supplier to large Indian companies .
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to position KSP INC. as an OEM partner to large Indian companies
- Drive revenue growth through structured lead generation, pitching, and deal closure
- Manage key client accounts and build long-term relationships with decision-makers
- Lead a small sales team and coordinate closely with internal departments on pricing, specifications, and deliveries
- Represent the company in domestic trade shows and buyer meetings
Requirements :
10+ years of experience in B2B / OEM sales of sheet metal, pipe bending, or fabricated metal productsProven track record of handling large clients or institutional buyersStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsAbility to understand technical drawings, pricing structures, and fabrication processesWillingness to travel PAN-India for client acquisition and relationship managementWhy Join Us :
