Position - Zonal Sales Manager – Extended Warranties (Mobile Vertical)

Experience : 4–10 years in sales, preferably in mobile / consumer electronics, with exposure to warranty or after-sales programs

CTC Up to - 8 to 10 LPA

Location – Delhi NCR

Department - Sales

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and driven Zonal Sales Manager to lead the ADLD + EW sales for our Mobile Vertical across the Delhi / NCR zone . This role requires a deep understanding of channel sales, strong relationships in the mobile ecosystem, and the ability to drive revenue through warranty upsell programs in retail and distribution channels

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Ownership :
  • Own and drive ADLD+EW sales targets for the assigned zone (retail, distributor, and partner channels).
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Channel Development :
  • On board and manage retailers, distributors, OEM partners, and service providers to scale the extended warranty program.
  • Ensure high activation and attachment rates across stores.
  • Team Management :
  • Lead a team of Area Sales Managers / Executives / Promoters.
  • Monitor performance, provide training, and support to field teams to drive conversions.
  • Market Expansion :
  • Identify new cities, partners, or clusters to expand the warranty sales footprint.
  • Build partnerships with regional mobile players and organised retail chains.
  • Process Implementation :

Ensure seamless implementation of the warranty process at POS (Point of Sale), including training on app / portal usage and compliance

Key Requirements :

  • Qualification : - Graduate / Postgraduate
  • 4–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in mobile handsets, electronics, or extended warranties
  • Proven experience in channel sales, distribution management, or after-sales / warranty sales
  • Strong understanding of the mobile phone retail landscape in the assigned zone
  • Ability to manage field teams and drive performance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned geography
