Position : Business Development Manager (BDM) / Sales Manager ( Individual role )
Location : Novella Kitchens, Gurugram
Minimum experience required : 2 years in same industry ( preferred )
Salary : Open to negotiate + Lucrative incentives
Key Responsibilities :
- Must be fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Make necessary phone calls, schedule and attend meetings to support sales targets.
- Demonstrate products and services to clients and as directed by management.
- Manage client orders, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Research and build relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Interact and maintain a strong network with Builders, Contractors, Interior Designers, and Architects to develop long-term business associations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements :
