- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in sales covering both domestic and international markets.
- Strong understanding of export / import processes, trade compliance, and documentation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage cross-cultural client relationships.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
