We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Loan Against Property (LAP) sales for our organization. You will be responsible for planning and executing the monthly and quarterly LAP strategy, managing the entire sales process from lead generation to post-disbursement activities, and building a strong network of channel partners. This role requires a customer-centric approach to ensure regional goals are overachieved and to foster a culture of customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy : Plan and execute the monthly and quarterly Loan Against Property (LAP) strategy to ensure regional goals are overachieved.
- Channel Partner Management : Identify and tie up with potential channel partners, including DSAs and connectors , to generate business leads.
- Sales & Operations : Handle all aspects of the sales cycle, including managing documentation, supporting customers with application files, and mitigating issues.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with the distribution network to drive sales and plan promotional activities.
- Customer Focus : Uphold customer centricity and create a culture of customer satisfaction across all levels of the team.
- Reporting : Maintain a database, prepare MIS reports, and provide regular updates on sales performance.
- Cross-Selling : Cross-sell insurance and other related products to customers.
Skills Required :
Experience in NBFC or Banking .Proven track record in selling Loan Against Property (LAP) products.Strong skills in planning and executing sales strategies.Experience in identifying and managing channel partners.Excellent relationship management and communication abilities.Must be customer-centric with a focus on service delivery and satisfaction.Proficient in maintaining databases and MIS reporting.QUALIFICATION :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Skills Required
