Job description
Responsibilities :
- To achieve the sales, receivables, gross margin targets and gaining market share through new businesses / acquisition of customers
- To identify and screen opportunities, define the opportunity, propose, and agree on partnerships, plan the project, implement, and track the project, demonstrate value addition, and close the project, resolve customer complaints
- To monitor competitors activities and develop a suitable competitive strategy
- Regular interaction with various functions to ensure effective cross functional coordination to support achievement of company s target.
- The position is expected to have a strong customer focus and continuously emphasise in building robust customer relationship through regular customer interaction and rapport at various levels at the customer s end and delivery of differential customer services.
- Problem Solving Skills : Will be customer facing and will utilize problem solving skills to resolve complex customer problems on a regular basis Should be willing to travel on short notices

Education, background, level of experience :
6 - 10 Years of Experience in Ferrous / Non-Ferrous Foundry production specialized in melting in coreless induction furnaceExperience in sales and marketing of refractoriesPreferred :
Preferably Degree in Engineering (Metallurgy / Foundry Technology)Skills Required
