We are looking for a performance-driven Area Sales Manager with proven experience in managing a large network of direct dealers in the building materials industry . The candidate will be responsible for creating and executing business plans at area and territory levels, focusing on sales, business development, and dealer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a large number of direct dealers, ensuring growth in sales and market presence in the assigned region.
- Develop and implement Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly business plans (Sales & BD KRAs) for areas and territories.
- Monitor and drive dealer performance in alignment with business goals.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure strong dealer engagement, product availability, and brand visibility.
- Track competition activity and identify market opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection, billing, and credit control with dealers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, logistics, marketing, and customer service support.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance dashboards.
