Key Responsibilities :
- Sales & Promotion : Promote and sell dental-related pharma products, including anesthetics, oral care products, and dental materials, to dentists, clinics, and hospitals.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
- Market Development : Identify new customers, business opportunities, and emerging market trends within the dental segment.
- Product Demonstrations : Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sampling activities for dental practitioners and institutions.
- Target Achievement : Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent growth within the assigned territory.
- Competitor Analysis : Monitor competitor activity and provide regular feedback to the marketing team.
- Payment & Stock Management : Ensure timely collection of payments and manage stock levels with distributors.
- Brand Visibility : Participate in dental conferences, trade fairs, and promotional events to enhance brand awareness.
- Reporting : Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Dental, or related field.2-5 years of sales experience in pharma or dental industry (experience in dental product sales preferred)Skills Required
