Role Description :

  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a National Sales Head SMB at Xencia Technology Solutions, located in Gurugram / Bengaluru.
  • The National Sales Head SMB will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive the growth of the SMB sector.
  • Daily tasks will include managing and mentoring the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
  • The role also involves collaborating with marketing, delivery, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualifications :

  • Possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams.
  • Capability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and solutions, especially Azure, Analytics&AI, and M365.
  • Experience in the technology or cloud industry is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
