National Sales Head

Job descriptionOwn and drive sales targets aligned with the Annual Operating Plan (AoP), while continuously optimizing incentive structures for employees, partners, and affiliates to reduce overall costs. Ensure a diverse and predictable demand pipeline by expanding and diversifying sales channels, while monitoring the competitive landscape and market offerings. Motivate and manage sales teams by implementing effective performance frameworks; establish offline distribution partnerships to source higher-margin customers.
Required Experience :
- 10-12 years of experience in consumer lending or field sales-led organizations.
- 5-7 years of experience as an individual contributor handling direct sales.
- Experience leading field sales teams selling direct-to-consumer loan or credit products is a strong advantage.
- Background in Financial Services (excluding banks), B2C, or Fintech industries (both B2C and B2B) preferred.
- Approximately 8 years of relevant experience in the field.
