Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales and business development teams.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs for potential clients.
  • Analyze customer requirements to propose effective software or automation solutions.
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals, solution documents, and requirement specifications.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the product / development team to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to support solution innovation.
  • Assist in building a strong technical knowledge base for the sales function.

Key Qualifications & Skills :

  • 3-6 years of experience in technical sales support or a pre-sales role in the IT / software industry.
  • Proven experience in product demonstrations, client requirement analysis, and solution documentation.
  • Strong understanding of automation tools, enterprise software solutions, and IT service offerings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
