Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive sales strategy for enterprise, SMB, CSR, and NGO sectors
- Own annual revenue targets ( 10 15 Cr+), managing strategic accounts (1,000 10,000+ units)
- Lead partnerships with CSR-funded programs, nonprofits, and skilling institutions
- Build and manage a high-performing team (Sales, Pre-sales, Lead Gen, Interns)
- Develop channel partnerships and unlock CSR budgets
- Drive consultative selling, impact-driven storytelling, and structured deal closures
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, ops, and product teams
- Represent the organization in industry forums, CSR consortiums, and CXO-level discussions
Requirements
10- 15 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hardware or techProven track record of 10 100 Cr+ in B2B salesDeep knowledge of institutional buying cycles and CSR / NGO ecosystemsStrong team leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsProficient in CRM, analytics, and funnel managementSkills Required
