About the Role :
We're hiring a Lead - Enterprise Sales to lead our corporate and institutional business development efforts. You'll own strategic relationships, craft custom learning solutions, and unlock large-scale partnerships across India and globally-including with corporates, GCCs, and select government stakeholders. This is a high-ownership role with strong revenue accountability and cross-functional collaboration at its core.
Key Responsibilities
1.) Lead strategic B2B sales for large enterprises and Global Capability Centers
2.) Drive consultative discussions to co-create training programs tailored to client needs
3.) Manage senior stakeholder relationships, from first pitch to contract closure
4.) Spearhead the establishment of Centres of Excellence in collaboration with partners
5.) Liaise with Indian and international government bodies when needed for program rollout
6.) Mentor junior sales team members and support overall revenue targets requirements
7.) 7-12 years in enterprise / B2B sales, corporate education, or strategic partnerships
8.) Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals with CXO-level clients
9.) Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and strategic thinking
10.) Prior experience with GCCs or government-related partnerships is a strong advantage
11.) Excellent communication, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills
