Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales of 3DEXPERIENCE, PDM (Product Data Management), and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software solutions. This role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and delivering value-driven digital transformation solutions to clients in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, high-tech, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Development & Sales Execution :
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for PLM / PDM / 3DEXPERIENCE solutions to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into profitable sales opportunities through a consultative approach.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including RFP / RFQ responses and contract negotiation.
2. Client Relationship Management :
Establish trusted relationships with C-level executives, IT stakeholders, and engineering / business leaders.Understand client needs and industry challenges to position solutions that support digital transformation goals.Act as the key point of contact during the sales process and coordinate post-sale onboarding with services teams.3. Product & Solution Expertise :
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, PLM, PDM, and related Dassault Systems or similar solutions (e.g., ENOVIA, CATIA, SolidWorks, Teamcenter, Windchill, etc.).Work closely with technical presales and solution consultants to deliver compelling demos, ROI arguments, and solution proposals.Stay up to date on industry trends and digital engineering practices.4. Collaboration & Reporting :
Collaborate with internal teams : marketing, customer success, delivery, and partner channels.Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and sales reporting.Contribute to go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and competitive Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in Proven success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder, high-value B2B sales.Strong understanding of engineering processes, product lifecycle, and digital manufacturing.Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-starter with a strong customer orientation and strategic mindset.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Dassault Systmes solutions (3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA, etc.) or equivalent platforms (PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter).Familiarity with SaaS business models and cloud-based enterprise software.Experience working with system integrators, channel partners, or OEMs.Multilingual proficiency (based on region) is a plus.What We Offer :
