Role Overview :
We're seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. This results-driven individual will play a critical role in creating and nurturing sales opportunities through proactive outreach and effective Responsibilities :
- Strategic Growth Initiatives : Develop and implement effective business development strategies that align with DATAMARK's overall goals and objectives.
- Client Engagement : Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with existing clients and prospects through regular communication and follow-up.
- Business Development Manager (BDM) familiarity with CRM platforms is Mandate.
- Prior experience in Cold Calling (Primary Channel), Email Outreach, Research-Based Personalization, Call Scripts and Messaging, Discovery Questions.
- Should have experience in handling international client (US, UK, APAC, EMEA).
- Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights for growth expansion.
- Sales Strategy Development : Business Development Manager (BDM)must have experience into Industry Analysis, Lead Sources, Lead Qualification Criteria and Decision Maker Identification.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing, Client Development, and Operations teams to ensure a unified approach to business development efforts.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on business development performance metrics to measure success and optimize strategies.
- Networking : Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent DATAMARK, network with potential clients, and identify new opportunities.
