Job description

We're looking for a high-performing ERP Sales Manager to lead the charge in driving Odoo ERP sales across multiple industries-manufacturing, trading, retail, services, and beyond. If you're a born hustler who thrives on closing deals and building long-term client partnerships, this role is your perfect next move.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive New Business : Actively hunt for new sales opportunities for Odoo ERP across diverse industry verticals.
  • End-to-End Sales Ownership : Manage the complete sales cycle-Prospect - Pitch - Demo - Negotiate - Close.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and upsells.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
  • Meet & Beat Targets : Consistently achieve (and exceed) your sales KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Market Awareness : Stay ahead of the competition-understand market trends, client needs, and competitor moves.

Requirements :

  • Sales Hustler : You're ambitious, persistent, and fearless when it comes to pursuing opportunities.
  • Experience : 5+ years of proven success in selling ERP, CRM, or IT solutions.
  • Communication Pro : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent negotiation chops.
  • Industry Network : Well-connected in sectors where ERP is essential-manufacturing, trading, retail, etc.
  • Self-Starter : Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced (startup-like) environment.
  • Performance-Driven : You're obsessed with results, thrive on targets, and know how to win.
