The Role :
As a Business Development Manager at AdBeets, you will focus on driving new business by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored advertising solutions. You will manage the entire sales process, nurture existing client relationships, and consistently achieve revenue targets in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Generate new business by meeting potential clients to understand their advertising needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process to successfully close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales activity and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and campaigns are delivered effectively.
- Represent AdBeets at industry events and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and network.
Ideal Profile :
Master's or Bachelor's in related field.Minimum 2 years of experience preferably within the Media & Entertainment industry.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Adaptable and thrives in changing and fast-paced environments.Hightly goal-driven with a strong work ethic.Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.Willingness to travel extensively (more than 60% of the time).(ref : iimjobs.com)
