Job description
  • We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to partner with corporate clients and build solutions that help salaried employees.
  • You will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and scaling relationships with marquee enterprises.
  • Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) :

    • Identify and approach key decision-makers at target enterprises.
    • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise clients.
    • Develop and present customized solutions aligned with client needs.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements.
    • Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of SalarySe solutions for corporates.
    • Manage and grow long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
    • Monitor and report sales performance metrics to the leadership team.
    • Skillsets Required :

    • Proven B2B Enterprise Sales experience (preferably in Fintech, SaaS, or BFSI).
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Understanding of corporate HR and Payroll processes is a plus.
    • Ability to present complex solutions in a simple manner.
    • Results-driven with the ability to work under targets.
    • Knowledge of sales CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
