Role Summary :
- We are seeking a techno-functional Account Manager to lead and grow strategic relationships with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) of Life Sciences companies in India. This is a high-impact role requiring a consultative mindset, strong knowledge of Life Sciences business processes, and the ability to position AI-led transformation programs that re-engineer how these processes are run.
- You will be responsible for revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and opportunity mining within a defined portfolio of Life Sciences GCCs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who combines solutioning acumen with hunting instincts and thrives in customer-facing conversations at the intersection of domain, technology, and transformation.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive Revenue Growth : Own a $3-5M+ portfolio; expand existing relationships and hunt for new business within assigned GCCs.Consultative Selling : Identify and contextualize business challenges in R&D, Commercial, Regulatory, or PV; co-create solutions using companies' AI-native platforms and data engineering capabilities.Client Engagement : Build trusted relationships with Directors, VPs, and CXOs across India-based GCC organizations.Strategic Account Management : Develop and execute structured account growth plans aligned to the customer's global and India-specific priorities.Opportunity Management : Lead pursuits end-to-end from qualification to closure across annuity, expansion, and new logos within assigned GCCs.Collaboration : Work closely with RevStrat, SFE, Delivery, and Practice teams to bring the best to the client.Market Intelligence : Stay plugged into Life Sciences trends, GCC evolution models, and enterprise AI adoption to proactively shape client conversations.Operational Oversight : Track key account KPIs, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction; flag risks and mobilize mitigation.Required Qualifications & Experience :
3-5 years of experience in client-facing account management or consultative sales roles in IT services or SaaS companiesProven track record managing a $3-5M+ portfolio and achieving growth targetsExperience engaging with Life Sciences clients (pharma / biotech), ideally in GCC environmentsSolid understanding of core business functions such as clinical development, regulatory ops, safety, or commercial analyticsStrong techno-functional orientation : able to translate business problems into AI / ML, data platform, and automation use casesDemonstrated ability to build stakeholder relationships, drive solutioning with cross-functional teams, and close dealsPreferred Qualifications :
