Job Title : Sr. Manager / AGM Business Development

Experience : 10+ years in chemical / pharma / agrochemical industries preferred
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic individual to lead product management, drive sales, support commercialization, and lead new business initiatives in the specialty chemicals segment, particularly Agro and pharma intermediates. Experience in fluorochemicals is an advantage. The AGM will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration for product development and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Product Management
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of intermediates
- Coordinate with R&D for lab and pilot trials
- Ensure timely customer approval of samples from lab to pilot stages
- Support commercialization through technical and strategic inputs
2. Sales & Revenue Generation
Drive and achieve annual sales revenue targetShortlist high-potential products for commercializationSecure customer approvals and purchase ordersEnsure execution of sales orders and monitor delivery timelinesCollaborate with sales and marketing teams for smooth rollout3. Personal Development & Market Networking

Bachelor's / master's in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fieldMBA in Marketing / Business Development is a plusSkills Required
