Business Development Manager
We are expanding our Brand Activation team and are looking for a seasoned and strategic Business Development leader to drive growth across key markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the events and marketing services landscape, with strong capabilities in business planning, client relationship management, and go-to-market strategy.

Key Planning & Strategy
- Develop and execute robust go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth and brand presence
- Forecast business performance and create strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives
- Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and client behavior to identify business opportunities
- Evaluate and prioritize new opportunities based on strategic fit, revenue potential, and feasibility
- Set regional sales targets and guide the team through effective client mapping and account strategy
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term business planning for the region
- Contribute to leadership discussions with actionable insights and market intelligence
Business Development
Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, agencies, and brand stakeholdersProactively research and analyze existing and potential clients to uncover new opportunitiesDrive the end-to-end pitching process, from brief interpretation to proposal development and client presentationsCollaborate with internal teams (creative, operations, finance) to ensure seamless proposal deliveryEnsure conversion of leads into long-term, revenue-generating partnershipsProcess & Team Management
Define, implement, and continuously improve business development processes and best practicesProvide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members on client pitches and presentation designChampion the adoption of business systems, CRM tools, and templates to enhance team efficiencyEnsure high-quality, impactful pitch decks and proposals that showcase the full range of Brand Activation servicesKey Skills & Requirements
8 to 15 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in the events, experiential marketing, or brand activation industryProven track record of developing winning strategies and securing large-scale brand accountsStrong strategic thinking with the ability to link business needs to creative marketing solutions(ref : iimjobs.com)
