Job description
Key Responsibilities :
Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities through direct sales channels.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demos, and negotiations to drive closures.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and forecasts using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and other sales documentation in line with organizational standards.
Regularly report sales performance, challenges, and new opportunities to leadership.
Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
(MBA preferred).
3-8 years of proven experience in business development or direct sales.
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients at all levels.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a consultative sales approach.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel frequently as required by the role.
Good to Have :
Experience in solution-based / consultative selling.
Existing client network within the industry
