We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Banjarahills, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with the ability to identify and attract the best talent for our organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and the recruitment process in the applicant tracking system.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely updates on the recruitment process.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills and Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Skills Required
