Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in the oil and gas sector , to support our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers to onboard qualified candidates across technical and non-technical roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, workforce planning, and project needs.
- Source and attract candidates through various platforms including job portals, social media, networking events, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit (technical, cultural, and organizational).
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
- Support onboarding processes and documentation for selected candidates.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific labor regulations and internal policies.
- Work with HR team on employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the oil & gas , energy , or engineering sectors.Familiarity with roles such as drilling engineers, HSE officers, field operators, geologists, and support staff.Knowledge of recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.Show more
