About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and building strong candidate pipelines. You'll play a key role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring the right talent to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle : job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, assess candidate suitability, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
- Maintain candidate databases and pipelines for current and future openings.
- Manage communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
- Keep updated with industry trends, hiring practices, and recruitment tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices.Familiarity with sourcing techniques and job portals (e.g., Foundit, Naukri, LinkedIn).Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.Good organizational and time management skills.Good to Have
Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or HRMS tools.Internship or prior experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.Basic knowledge of HR analytics and reporting.Why Join Us
