Client Operations :

We work on Nursing and Allied roles for clients directly and through VMS / MSP

Future Expansion :

We are acquiring more companies, details of which will be shared upon completion of legal formalities

What You’ll Do

Own the account for U.S. healthcare clients : manage urgent staffing needs and coordinate placements of nurses, allied, and medical staff.

Manage client relations and pipeline strategy via VMS / ATS tools.

Collaborate with offshore recruiters on sourcing, credentialing, onboarding, and placements.

Track metrics : SLAs, fill / frequency ratios, turn-around time; prepare weekly / monthly updates.

Ensure compliance : licenses, background checks, HIT tasks; maintain documentation accuracy.

100% Onsite – Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Shift : 7 : 30 PM – 4 : 30 AM IST (rotational, covers U.S. business hours)

Who You Are

5+ years in U.S. healthcare staffing - MSP account management .

Skilled in VMS / ATS platforms , Excel / PowerPoint, and fluent English (written & spoken).

Experience with client escalation resolution , pipeline growth, and U.S. staffing SLAs.
