We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
- Collaborate with HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide feedback to candidates post-interview and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
