Key Responsibilities :

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with 3 years of proven expertise in talent acquisition for a fast-paced software development & IT services environment. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT and software professionals, ensuring alignment with the company's growth goals and culture. This role requires flexibility to work during some U.S. time zone hours to effectively coordinate with international stakeholders and candidates .

Source, screen, and recruit candidates for technical and non-technical roles within the software development domain.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job boards, social media, and networking events.

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on hiring progress and market trends.

Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Conduct onboarding sessions to integrate new hires effectively into the organization.

Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Identify and implement innovative sourcing techniques and tools to attract high-quality talent.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience strictly in the Data Science / AI / ML domain.

Strong understanding of technical roles and industry trends in the software / IT sector.

Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Monster.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to work some U.S. time zone hours to support global recruitment efforts.
