• Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone / video screenings and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to assess candidate suitability.
• Represent the company at job fairs, career expos, and networking events.
• Promote employer branding and showcase company culture to attract top talent.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment.
