Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will play a critical role in expanding our footprint by driving student enrollments, institutional partnerships, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently drive student enrolments through targeted outreach and consultative engagement.
- Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, training centers, and industry partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly / quarterly targets.
- Represent the institute at education fairs, webinars, and industry events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and digital lead generation.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generations and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Provide actionable insights on market trends, competitor activity, and student needs.
- This role is a high travelling role.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field.1–3 years' experience in business development, sales, or student recruitment (preferably in EdTech or Education like BYJU&aposs).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.Knowledge of fashion / design industry is an advantage.What We Offer
