Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • New Business Opportunities :
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both existing and new markets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and increase revenue .
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis :
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends , competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Analyze competitors and customer feedback to identify market gaps and opportunities for growth .
  • Strategy Development & Implementation :
  • Develop and execute effective business development strategies and action plans aligned with company goals.
  • Identify key business drivers and create approaches to leverage them for growth.
  • Client & Partner Relationship Building :
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients , partners , and stakeholders .
  • Work to establish long-term collaborations and partnerships that support business objectives.
  • Presentations & Proposals :
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations , proposals , and pitches to potential clients.
  • Demonstrate the company's value proposition and effectively address client needs to secure new business.
  • Collaboration & Project Delivery :
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, and product teams) to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction .
  • Ensure that clients receive high-quality service and that project timelines are met.
  • Monitoring & Reporting :
  • Track and monitor business development activities to ensure alignment with growth objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on business development performance, offering insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Industry Knowledge & Best Practices :
  • Stay updated with industry developments and best practices in business development.
  • Continuously improve skills and strategies based on emerging trends, feedback, and market intelligence.
