Skills :
- 2–5 years in business development, sales, or inside sales within engineering services or industrial tech
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads and convert them into real opportunities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging senior decision-makers
- Solid understanding of North American sales culture, buying cycles, and lead qualification
- Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other outbound sales platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory (preferred : Electronics, Electrical, CS, or Mechanical preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities
Run outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone — targeting 40–50 high-quality touchpoints per dayBuild and manage a sales pipeline of $1–2M+ in active opportunities annuallyLead leadership- and manager-level conversations and discovery calls to understand client needs and position relevant servicesCollaborate with marketing on campaign follow-ups, trade show engagement, and webinar conversionsCoordinate RFPs, proposals, and pricing discussions with solution and delivery teamsMaintain accurate activity tracking and reporting via HubSpot or SalesforceInterested candidates please share your profile at
