Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in growing our SaaS business by managing qualified leads, engaging with potential clients, and converting opportunities into successful partnerships. You will oversee the complete sales lifecycle from discovery and solutioning to pitching, negotiating, and closing. This role requires a consultative selling approach and the ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with qualified leads to understand their business challenges and position suitable SaaS solutions
- Conduct product demos and customized presentations based on client requirements
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact and proposal development to negotiation and closing
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, align customer feedback, and ensure successful onboarding
- Maintain a healthy and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive renewals and upsell opportunities
- Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts to refine sales strategy
- Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Experience :
