Business Development Manager - IT Solutions
Job Summary :
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in direct B2B sales within the IT industry.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client handling across diverse sectors including Pharma, Government, Manufacturing, Industrial, and Consulting.
- This role involves selling high-value IT infrastructure products such as UPS systems, Data Centres, Electrical IT Servers, and managing relationships with senior-level executives.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive direct B2B sales efforts targeting medium-sized accounts in the IT sector.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across Pharma, Government, Manufacturing, Industrial, and Consulting domains.Present and promote IT infrastructure solutions including UPS, Data Centre products, and Electrical IT Servers.Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to small and large audiences, including senior-level management.Understand and communicate technical aspects of products effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful solution delivery.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience in direct B2B sales within the IT industry.Strong client handling skills across multiple sectors.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to present effectively in both small and large group settings.Technical understanding of data centre infrastructure and related products.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience in developing and delivering formal presentations to senior-level executives.Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint).Experience developing and presenting formal presentations to senior-level management and other end users(ref : iimjobs.com)
