Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager SAP Solutions with proven experience in selling and positioning SAP services and solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to SAP products, a deep understanding of enterprise IT solutions, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in SAP consulting, implementation, and support services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, SAP ecosystem partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements, business challenges, and align SAP solutions to deliver value.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Develop sales strategies, account plans, and go-to-market initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct presentations, demos, and proposals to prospective clients.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and SAP technology updates to identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience in SAP sales / business development is mandatory.Strong understanding of SAP modules, cloud solutions, and enterprise IT landscape.5-8 years of experience in IT sales with at least 3+ years focused on SAP.Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.Ability to work independently with a result-oriented approach.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Preferred Qualifications :
