What we are looking for :

Role : Business Development Manager

We are looking for proactive and high-performing Business Development / Sales Managers across Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai.

If you come with 5 to 6 years of experience in B2B technology sales, particularly in BFSI, tech sales, or SaaS, and are passionate about driving outreach, engaging prospects, and supporting sales execution for multiple startups across sectors, this could be your ideal job

Location : Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai

Experience Required : 5-6 years

What you will do :

  • Drive end-to-end lead generation and business development efforts for assigned startup accounts
  • Identify potential clients through outbound efforts (calls, emails, events, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Conduct product demos and client presentations to communicate value propositions effectively
  • Maintain a structured pipeline, follow up regularly, and close high-quality leads
  • Liaise with startup founders to refine messaging based on market feedback
  • Provide input on sales strategy, outreach methods, and client pain points

Our ideal candidate :

  • 5 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition roles
  • Prior experience in BFSI, enterprise technology, SaaS, or fintech preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Hands-on with cold outreach and confident in pitching to senior stakeholders
  • Passionate about working in a fast-paced, multi-client startup environment
