Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development : Take primary responsibility for selling and marketing enterprise-wide Barcode, RFID, and Packaging solutions to major accounts (SMB & Large). Develop key vertical markets and generate new business.
Consultative Solutions : Provide consultative solutions to end-users. Engage in system studies, site surveys, and solution design to meet client needs.
Customer Engagement : Develop application briefs and solution presentations. You will also manage project implementation and execution, provide product and technical support, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence : Report product and market feedback regularly to inform our business strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : A minimum of 5+ years in a marketing, technical sales, or business development role within an IT hardware or enterprise software company.
Education : BE, BCA, MBA, or an equivalent degree.
Vertical Expertise : Prior experience in developing business in the Manufacturing, Retail & Logistics, Healthcare, and BFSI verticals is highly desirable.
Sales Acumen : Proven experience in consultative sales is preferred.
Core Skills : Excellent communication (written and verbal), and strong analytical skills are required.
