Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth for US IT staffing requirements. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and achieving revenue targets. The candidate should have a proven track record in US IT staffing sales with strong client engagement and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and client prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners, Tier 1 vendors, direct clients, and MSPs.
- Understand client requirements for US IT staffing and propose effective staffing solutions.
- Manage end-to-end business development lifecycle, including RFP / RFI / RFQ submissions.
- Track new market trends and business opportunities in the US staffing industry.
- Maintain and grow revenue through existing accounts while expanding client base.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and business targets.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate reports of business development activities, pipelines, and forecasts.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in US IT staffing business development and account management.Proven experience working with MSP programs, implementation partners, Tier 1 vendors, and direct clients.Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets.Ability to draft and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.Good understanding of US IT technologies and recruitment lifecycle.Proficiency in sales tools, CRM platforms, and MS Office.Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time management Master's / Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).4-7 years of proven experience in Business Development for US IT Staffing.(ref : iimjobs.com)
