We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO and Non-IT roles . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates and be familiar with the fast-paced nature of high-volume hiring environments
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for BPO and Non-IT positions.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of positions with a focus on quality and compliance.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Generate recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring status.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
Preferred :
Experience in recruitment / staffing agencies or consulting firms.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree1 to 4 years of proven experience in BPO and Non-IT recruitment .Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques including Boolean search, social media, and job boards (e.g., Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn).Experience in handling volume hiring and walk-ins .Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.Skills Required
