- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT roles
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, databases, and social media platforms
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further steps
- Maintain and update a database of qualified candidates
- Draft clear and concise job descriptions and post openings on relevant recruitment platforms
- Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process aligned with organizational goals
Qualifications and Requirements :
