Job Title : Recruiter (IT / Non-IT)

Location : Bangalore, Karnataka(Koramangala)

Job Type : Full-Time

Experience Required : 6 Months - 3 years

Job Mode : Work from Office

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle  end-to-end recruitment  lifecycle from job brief to offer rollout.
• Source and screen candidates for  tech roles  and Non Tech across Fintech, FMCG, and R&D verticals.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies.
• Use multiple sourcing techniques including job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct  preliminary interviews , assess candidate fit, and coordinate final interview rounds.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Manage recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and sourcing efficiency.
• Build strong employer brand presence across platforms.
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and compensation benchmarks.
• Education : BEBtech ,BCA,MCA for Tech, Non Tech : Minimum GraduationMBA
