We are looking for a passionate HR IT Recruiter to join our team in Bengaluru . The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT recruitment and be ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities :

End-to-end recruitment for IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).

Understanding client / candidate requirements and aligning the best talent.

Coordinating interviews and managing the hiring process smoothly.

Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.

Requirements :

Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment .

Educational background in Technology (B.Tech, B.E, BCA, MCA, BSc. etc.) preferred.

Strong sourcing skills using job portals, social media, and professional networks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.
