Role Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and recruit IT professionals across various domains
Handle end-to-end hiring including W2, C2C, and contract-to-hire roles
Build pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
Screen candidates for technical fit and communication

Key Deliverables

Deliver quality hires for US-based IT roles like DevOps, AI / ML, and Full Stack

Ensure compliance with tax and visa requirements in hiring

Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment tools

Achieve hiring targets within defined SLAs
