Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role located in Bengaluru South for a HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Daily tasks include maintaining recruitment databases, coordinating with department heads to identify hiring needs, conducting background checks, and developing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. The HR Recruiter will also engage in campus recruitment, build strong relationships with potential candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Ability to conduct thorough background checks and reference checks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus
