US IT Recruiter

We are looking for a passionate and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing team at our HSR Layout office in Bengaluru . This is a full-time, permanent onsite role focused on US recruitment .

Working Hours :

Evening shift from 6 : 30 PM to 3 : 30 AM IST, aligning with US business hours. (Male Candidates only)

Experience 2 to 5 years

Note- F2F Interview is mandatory.

About the Role :

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process and demonstrate the ability to source and engage top talent for various roles across the United States. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality candidates through strategic sourcing and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for US-based roles
• Source qualified candidates through various job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants' abilities.
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
• Work as an integral member of the team, motivating one another and communicating effectively at all levels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across different skill sets and domains
• Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to understand job requirements and hiring needs
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely and professional communication
